No surcharge on your credit card

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed on shipment of your order.

Order acceptance policy

Your receipt of confirmation by way of e-mail or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance  of your order.   Your credit card must be validated and accepted before dispatch of goods.  Once your credit card is validated we will immediately ship your items to you.

Out-of-stock items

If for any reason an item is no longer available, you will be notified immediately.  You will be given the option of a refund or a new delivery date if this information is available from our suppliers.

Celtic Treasures accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal if preferred.

Status of orders

Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. On validation of the credit card details, your  order will be shipped immediately.

Shipping times

We endeavour to have your goods to you within 10-12 working days of ordering.  Please note that it takes this time as your goods are being shipped direct from Ireland.   Delivery of wedding rings and certain other items may sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. If you need something very urgently to meet a deadline, we will do our utmost to have it delivered by the requested date - just let us know by e-mail

Typographical errors

In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  If your credit card has already been charged and you choose to cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your account to the amount of the incorrect price.
